How do I place an order?

Add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details, then click Complete Order. You’ll receive an email confirmation instantly.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of purchase with your order number. We’ll do our best to update or cancel before the parcel is processed.

When will my order ship?

Orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive a shipping‑confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on your location, weight, and chosen service.

What is your return policy?

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email us first to receive return instructions.

Are return shipping costs covered?

If we ship the wrong or defective item, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage.

What does your 12‑month warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Wear‑and‑tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, checkout as a guest is available. However, an account lets you view order history and save shipping details for faster checkout.
