⏳ Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday ‑ Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). An order‑confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping‑confirmation email once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days from the shipment date.
  • Carriers used: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected automatically for fastest delivery.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Rates, carriers, and delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and service level. Typical delivery windows are 10–25 business days. Remote locations may require additional transit time.

💸 Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges. For more details, please check with your country’s customs office.

🔍 Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed within 48 hours of dispatch. If the link is inactive, please allow the carrier extra time to update. You can also track your order via the “Track My Order” page on our website using your order number and email address.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the parcel or file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
