📦 Order Processing & Shipping

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • USA — Estimated 7 days from shipment.
  • Europe — Estimated 15 days from shipment.
  • Worldwide shipping available; rates and times are shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Not 100% satisfied? You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Pulse Powersports products carry a 12‑month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear‑and‑tear, misuse, or accidental damage. To file a claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
